Roles and duties of the editor and editorial team
- Editors must consider and check every article submitted for publication with the journal. By considering the consistency of the content of the article with the goals and scope of the journal. Including checking the quality of articles before publication.
- Editors must use the principle of considering articles based on academic reasons. and must not be biased towards the author or article under consideration in any case.
- Editors must not have a conflict of interest with the authors and evaluators. Whether for business purposes or for use as your own academic work.
- Editors must not block, change or interfere with information exchanged between experts and authors.
- Editors must not disclose author information. and the article evaluator to other persons who are not involved during the period of article evaluation.
- Editors must strictly follow the journal's processes and procedures.
- Editors and editors must not say no. Publishing an article because of doubt or uncertainty You must find evidence to prove your doubts first.
- Editors must strictly check the accuracy and completeness of articles before publication. And must not edit the text of the article which causes the article to lose its significance.
- Editors are responsible for considering the quality of articles that are considered for publication in responsible journals. and do not publish articles that have been published elsewhere.
The role of the article writer
- Articles submitted by authors for consideration for publication in the journal must be articles that have not been published or published anywhere before.
- You must cite correctly every time you present other people's work or cite it in your own article content. and must not copy other people's work If there is a lawsuit, it will be the sole responsibility of the author. The journal will not be held responsible in any way and will immediately withdraw the article from publication in the journal.
- Authors cannot take articles that have been published with the journal and edit, adapt, or translate them into other languages. To submit for publication in other journals and not submit duplicate manuscripts to other journals.
- The names of the authors appearing in the article must be those who actually participated in the article.
- It is the responsibility of the author to consider that the manuscript meets the journal's objectives.
- Articles must be edited according to the recommendations of the editorial team. and assess the article strictly. If the corrections are not made according to the recommendations and within the specified time, the journal reserves the right not to accept your article for publication and not to refund the publication fee in any case.
- The name of the owner of the funding source that supports the research must be specified. and identify conflicts of interest (if any)
- If the author's academic work involves the use of animals, participants, or volunteers. or the research results have issues that are vulnerable to the informant Authors should act according to ethical principles. Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations. Including consent must be obtained before collecting data or presenting relevant documents, such as a certificate from the Ethics Committee for Research on Humans or Experimental Animals, every time.

The role and duty of experts evaluating articles
- The article evaluator must not have a conflict of interest with the article evaluator's author. If unsure, the journal editor must be informed and refuse to evaluate the article. and consider based on academic principles and reasons without bias or personal conflicts.
- Evaluators must realize that they are experts. Have true knowledge and understanding of the content of the articles being evaluated.
- Evaluators must not take advantage of the articles they have evaluated.
- If you check and find that the article has been evaluated It is an article that plagiarizes other works. The expert must notify the editor immediately. Ready to show clear supporting evidence
- Evaluators must maintain the evaluation period strictly according to the evaluation time frame specified by the journal. Including not disclosing information about the article to others.
- Article evaluators must not disclose information in the article to any unrelated parties. From the time the article is accepted and evaluated until the time the article is published.
- The evaluator must evaluate the article based on the principles of academic accuracy and consider providing academic opinions in order for the article to be complete and academically accepted.
