กลยุทธ์โรงแรมสีเขียวและการจัดการเชิงบวกเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดและทฤษฎีด้านการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจโรงแรม โดยเน้นการบูรณาการการดำเนินงานที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมกับการจัดการเชิงบวก เพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสหประชาชาติ ทั้งยังวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษาจากอินเดีย อียิปต์ และไทย เพื่อนำเสนอแนวปฏิบัติของโรงแรมสีเขียวในหลากหลายบริบท พร้อมข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายสำหรับภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ และชุมชนในการร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน องค์ความรู้ที่ค้นพบใหม่คือ โรงแรมสีเขียวช่วยลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และเป็นกลยุทธ์สำคัญในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขัน การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี และการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ซึ่งล้วนเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม
