And (2) To compare the effectiveness of the evaluation of the performance of the work development agreement (Performance Agreement: PA) of the teachers of Pak Kret Municipality, Nonthaburi Province, classified by personal factors. The sample group used in this research was 83 municipal teachers under Pak Kret Municipality. After the researcher has collected and analyzed the data according to the research objectives found that The effectiveness of the performance evaluation according to the work development agreement (Performance Agreement: PA) of the teachers of Pak Kret Municipality, Nonthaburi Province, in general and in each aspect It was found that all 4 aspects were at a high level as well. They were ranked from highest to lowest in terms of average value as follows: In terms of personal and professional development, the average score was 4.22. Next is the aspect of developing student outcomes and the aspect of promoting and supporting learning management, with an average score of 4.16. and in terms of learning management, the average score was 4.11, respectively. Hypothesis test results 1) To study the efficiency level of performance evaluation according to the work development agreement (Performance Agreement: PA) of Pak Kret Municipality teachers, Nonthaburi Province. It was found that the overall level was at a high level. The average is 4.15. When considering each aspect, it was found that all four aspects were at a high level. Sort by average from highest to lowest as follows: In terms of personal and professional development, the average score was 4.22. The sample consisted of 181 school administrators and teachers in schools in Nong Kung Sri District, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in the academic year 2024. The sample size was determined using the Krejci and Morgan tables. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.812. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and data analysis. Hypothesis testing was performed using the T-Test and F-Test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The digital leadership of school administrators in Nong Kung Sri District, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, is at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was digital communication, followed by creation, and the aspect with the lowest average value was digital vision. 2. In the Klong Luang Municipality area. Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province to be an organization that is desirable to the people in the context of the governance of local government agencies. In providing services to the people in the area, the service users are allowed to express their opinions by answering questionnaires. The researcher conducted a survey based on a quantitative research scheme. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were female, aged 25-35 years old, with a bachelor's degree, a private employee, and a monthly income of 20,000-30,000 baht. When examining each item, it is found that the clause with the highest average value, the rule of law is at a high level, and the clause with the lowest average value, the principle of transparency, is at a low level. However, There are suggestions for improving the agency, especially in the area of transparency by presenting information that should be disclosed for public relations on the Internet. The questionnaire composed of four parts which relate to the content of trust, satisfaction, commitment and loyalty which compute each part’s reliability. Population are 7,339 students of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University in 2003. Sample size is 500 students which using portion method. Questionnaires were distribution to every facuty and the 323 questionnaires were returned. The correlation was use for data analysis the relationships of trust, satisfaction commitment and loyalty. The results of this study concluded that there is a positive relationship of trust, satisfaction, commitment and loyalty. Based on the results from this study, administrators of this university can achieve the goal of enhancing student loyalty by developing key customer relationship attributes: trust, satisfaction and commitment. It was the quantitative research. The sample group Personnel under the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters was 210 people. Tool for collected data was a set of questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistic used for hypothesis testing were t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the statistically significance level of 0.05. The results found that opinions of the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters of the strategic plan overall, at a high level. And the results of testing the research hypotheses found that different ages, ranks, and educational levels have different opinions on the strategic plan of the Royal Thai Air Force. Data collection by studying documents oral history interview In-depth interview from specific key informants that uses a semi-structured interview guide as a tool and analyzing broadcast data from listening to various programs on the station, then triangulating the data. The results of the study found that A form of hidden advertising involves running a program where the program host inserts the content of the program. As for the factors that determine hidden advertising, it was found to be a benefit factor where the programmer does not receive compensation from the station. But were given the opportunity to seek out informal sponsors. The sample group consisted of 284 school administrators and teachers in Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample size was determined using the Krejci and Morgan tables. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 2 sections with a reliability value of 0.892. The statistics used for analysis were number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and data analysis. Hypothesis testing was done using the t-test and F-test. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The administration according to the principles of good governance of school administrators in Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Nakhon Ratchasima, is at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the rule of law, followed by the principle of participation, and the aspect with the lowest average value was the principle of value. 2. Comparative analysis of school administration according to the principles of good governance of school administrators classified by educational qualifications, work experience, and size of the school. The population in this study was 7,935 people, classified as 380 lecturers, 216 staff, and 7339 students in 2023, with sampling determined according to a ratio of 20 times the observed variables of 16 variables, so the sample was equal to 320 people. It is equal to 0.837-0.868, which is greater than 0.70.
