Human resource development is very important to the development of human resources in the organization. Because it is a theoretical framework that plays an important role in the process of increasing competence. efficiency and stability for the organization very well. Various processes that lead to the development of human resources in the organization to be efficient and can create productivity and eventual success for the organization are that Organizations must develop along with those all 3 main activities: 1. Training, 2. Education and 3. Development.
