Monastery Administration and Management in Buddhism

Abstract

Monastery administration must have important components or resources and must be the basis for that administration. which includes people, money, materials, and management of tools and machinery, including authority and duties working time and various conveniences to work with as mentioned above. These are important and closely connected. Administrative success for the Sangha will be as successful as any other organization. How successful according to objectives is depends on the ability of the Sangha to put such resources to good use and gain worthwhile results. It is considered the duty of the Sangha to pay serious attention to administration so that the administration of Sangha affairs will be efficient and effective.
