Factors That Influence the Performance of Local Administrative Organizations

The study was intended to study the incentives that influenced an employee's work, Local Administrative Organizations at Rasisalai District. Sisaket Province in 5 areas are, namely; the salary benefits of bosses, the position and the work environment and the relationship of the colleagues at work. Samples were 222 personnel of the Local Administrative Organization at Rasisalai District.The tools used in this research were survey questionnaires. The data collected were checked, classified and analyzed statistics o frequency, percentile, standard deviation. The results of study were found that the majority of respondents were female, aged between 31-40 years, monthly income were 5001-10000 baht, graduated in undergraduate level and the incentives that influenced the work of Local Administrative Organization employees, by overall, were at the middle level. When considering a list of incentives that influenced the maximum incentives were positions, secondly were the salaries and incentives that influenced at the minimum level were the environment and the relationship of the colleagues at work. Incentives that influenced the work of local government employees were salaries. Base salary levels that was higher than current position appealed to more and more work to shift and adjust the salary base. Motivation at the highest influence on welfare were health benefits that made them feel more privileged people than others who worked in other organizations that did not benefit the medical expenses. They felt rewarded so they repaid the organizations with fully efforted working capacity in the position. Motivation that was the most influential was the challenging work that created interest to work to the fullest. In the area of the bosses, motivation was the most influential bosses were knowledgeable and ready to help solve problems of subordinates that made them feel like to put fully functional capability to work. The environmental aspects and the relationship of the colleagues at work, motivation at the highest influence was the internal environment of the Office was clean and suitable for the work place, not to feel bored out to work at the office.
