Guidelines for Developing Administration according to the Brahmavihāra Principles of Educational Institution Administrators

Abstract

The development of the administration in accordance with Brahmavihàra of school administrators, were suggested that administrators should have mercy on their subordinates in order to make them happy at work, allocate task to all equally. When subordinates were in difficulties, they were ready to help and assist or finance them one way or another. They should be honest to subordinates obtaining success. They should be in neutrality for encouraging subordinates equally and giving for the success of their duties and life. For guidelines in developing the administration in accordance with Brahmavihàra of school administrators, it was noted that there should be usage of religious principles by the way that the executive should attend the training on moral and ethical development in order to optimize decisions and create a consciousness among working staffs for the sake of successful organization.
