The organizational administration according to Buddhism involved Doctrine application to the western administrative principles. It was recommended that administrators and staff of any organization should bring it into practice for the sake of their own prosperity and promotion both in personal life and career path as well as the organization survival under globalization. This recommended concept was defined as non-profitable administration. The principles concerned were sustainability, non-oppression, peaceful companionship, generosity and comprehensiveness of the present time society. not to deny globalization and present capitalism but adhering to the principle of inter-dependency, globalization literacy regarding the valuable business ethics that could be found in human society or factors concerning inter-dependency process.
