Abstract

Principles of administration and governance of those with authority, which is an important role are of some similarities, both in terms of structure and implementation. However, the ultimate purpose is the pursue of happiness of oneself and all people. The Buddha's saying is, "Those who have reached their goal and are free from sorrow, freed from all dharmas, and have let go of all the entanglements of defilements, will have no wanderlust." Every path leads to happiness. Principles of administration and governance, both foreign and domestic political philosophers, all have the same purpose. Leaders must therefore have knowledge, ability, and understanding and must play a role in planning that event. It is a compass that points the direction towards the goals of working in the management process. It is accepted that leaders or executives play an important role in achieving work goals.
