Abstract

Leadership is the process by which managers influence the behavior of others. One of the most important factors for success in performing leadership duties is being a person with the appropriate qualifications, who has the ability to change people's needs, where needs determine the goals and direction in decision making. If people's needs can be changed, one can change that person. Good leaders help people develop their needs, both in changing the attitude of individuals to have correct and good desires and allowing the people to have coordinated and unified cooperation. Because developing needs is developing people's happiness, because happiness comes from satisfying needs. If one can change the needs one also can change the way to find happiness. When doing something that meets one’s needs, If it makes one satisfied and happy, people will cooperate and do it in harmony and be willing to find a way to succeed that is  so ready to do and easy to do. But on the contrary, If a leader acts against the wishes of the people,, both parties will be unhappy and things will be difficult to achieve.
