Refrain from seeking benefits for oneself and associates. Do not accept bribes or corruption. Provide assistance in organizing welfare or sharing various benefits to the people thoroughly and equally. Manage work with honesty and integrity. Have self-discipline Maintain the set rules Respect each other's opinions. Provide opportunities for citizens to attend meetings to present problems. and local needs Leave a comment to criticize work and can complain about various matters in order to improve and continuous develop oneself and organization.
