Opinions of the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters of the Strategic Plan

This research aimed to study opinions of the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters of the strategic plan. It was the quantitative research. The sample group Personnel under the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters was 210 people. Tool for collected data was a set of questionnaire Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistic used for hypothesis testing were t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) at the statistically significance level of 0.05. The results found that opinions of the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters of the strategic plan overall, at a high level. And the results of testing the research hypotheses found that different ages, ranks, and educational levels have different opinions on the strategic plan of the Royal Thai Air Force. Air Force personnel in every aspect are different at the statistically significance level of 0.05.
