ปัจจัยที่กำหนดความตั้งใจในการออมตามทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแบบแผน: กรณีศึกษาสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลตอความตั้งใจในการออมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยประยุกต์ใช้กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผน (Theory of Planned Behavior: TPB) ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานเชิงอัตวิสัย และการรับรู้ การควบคุมพฤติกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 382 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย  เชิงพหุ ผลการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีมาก โดยมีค่า Cronbach’s Alpha อยู่ระหว่าง 0.839–0.909 ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุพบว่า ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานเชิงอัตวิสัย และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความตั้งใจในการออม โดยแบบจำลองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความตั้งใจได้ร้อยละ 44.9 (R² = 0.449) นอกจากนี้ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจออม ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสูงที่สุดต่อความตั้งใจในการออมของสมาชิก ดังนั้นสหกรณ์ ออมทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ควรส่งเสริมการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมของสมาชิก โดยพัฒนาช่องทางและมาตรการที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการออม ควบคู่กับการสร้างทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการออมและ  การประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อส่งเสริมความตั้งใจในการออมของสมาชิกให้มากยิ่งขึ้น
